English Breakfast is a classic black tea blend, and is the perfect companion for your morning toast with honey or jam, but also ideally suited for afternoon tea and cake, biscuits or scones.
Available in 50 x 3g silken pyramid teabags or 500g loose leaf tea.
To Brew (Loose leaf):
Boil fresh water to 90ºc. Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.
Infusion time: 2 - 5 minutes. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth and not bitter.
To Brew (Teabags):
Boil fresh water to 90ºc. Add 1 teabag per cup.
Infusion time: 2 - 3 minutes. Remove teabag and enjoy.
